Heddon Zara Spook Popeye Special Color on Card. Great older Japanese Heddon here in a color I do not know the exact name off. Lure is about 4 1/4" long. This lure is new on card. Card is in ok condition with some minor wear, bubble is falling off and has been stapled on. Great combo here, fish or collect. Color was only ever sold in Japan and is quite rare!
