Heddon 9500 Floating Vamp Spook, 9RH Red Head/Flitter Color - 1931-34 - Tough. Lure is about 3 3/4" long body. Plastic lure, glass eyes, plastic lip. An early Heddon entry into plastic baits and with glass eyes. Not many of these survived. Dates from 1931-1934. Used with some wear and minor marks but still in overall very good condition.
