The HC 2 is a beefed-up 3/4 oz version of the old variant now commercially spun cast with a 5/0 heavy wire straight shank Mustad round bend hook, full size weed guard and integrated plastic spar to keep your plastic straight. It's hand tied with flat living rubber in the primary hues and standard accents, with reds, pinks, yellows and limes are round strands. The skirt is tied with braid not thread, so no matter what crushes this jig, the skirt is staying in place and your custom made, hand tied jig will last.
