Vinyl Decal Application Instructions Clean the surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Position the decal and remove application tape carefully, ensuring the vinyl peels off with it. Press the decal firmly using a credit card or plastic scraper. Carefully peel the application tape back slowly at a sharp angle. Stop if any vinyl starts pulling up. Press the decal once more after the application tape is removed.
