The Firstrike® Night Light indicator allows fisherman to place their rod/reel combos at much greater distances in low light situations while retaining the ability to clearly see when a fish strike occurs. The super bright LED on the indicator is visible for several hundred yards when activated. The removable lithium battery can provide more than 5 hours of indicator light. The Night Light indicator operates the same as the standard indicator during normal daylight use, in addition, when the battery is plugged in, the indicator's super bright LED glows red when the flag is released to the vertical position. On the ice, fisherman can increase their coverage by spreading their rod/reel tackle out as they would tip-ups. The indicator also works great for night fishing from a shoreline or pier in the summer months. The unique design eliminates frustrating wind trips and freeze ups while allowing the user to adjust the tripping sensitivity to match any fishing conditions. The small, lightweight device securely locks onto virtually any size fishing rod without affecting the rod’s feel or performance.
