The Falcon Classic rope cap features lightweight polyester for all-day comfort, a classic braided rope detail on the bill, and a Stay-Dri sweatband for moisture control. These caps are NOT embroidered. We use a direct-to-film (DTF) printing technique that offers a vibrant and durable print directly on to the cap.
