CV Vortex Blades

Size 6 CVs are 3.5 class spinner blades. They will work great behind a 360 ° flasher. We don’t know the purpose of the blade hole. The guides and anglers who use them swear by them and land lots of fish with them. Some folks say the ‘Vortex’ hole in these CV blades creates an unusual vibration that excites fish more than blades without. Others seem to think the hole creates bubbles somehow. Whether either theory holds water is hard to say. What’s easy to say is that this blade design has stood the test of time with serious anglers for decades, and that must mean something.
