This is a hand-painted surface lure designed to be worked on top of the water. Use it around calm to lightly rippled water where fish are feeding shallow, and retrieve it with pauses or a walk-the-dog style if it tracks that way. The white/black pattern can be a good low-light or overcast option when fish are looking up.
