This is a skirted jig, best used for casting and flipping around cover, docks, grass, and laydowns. It can also be worked along the bottom when bass are holding tight to structure or feeding on crawfish and baitfish.

Pros

  • Can snag in heavy cover if not fished carefully
  • Usually needs a trailer to maximize effectiveness
