Black Phos

Captain Gary's Black Phos is designed to resist and remove rust from iron-based surfaces. It is a rust-inhibitting coating, not a paint. Remove loose paint, rust scale, dirt, oil, grease, and other debris with a wire brush. When applied to rusted surfaces Black Phos causes iron oxide (rust) to chemically change into an inert hard substance that turns the metal black and safely dissolves rust.
