Once you have completed your transaction you will be directed to a form to verify your information, click submit, print your shipping label and write down your tracking number. Take your package and label to the nearest UPS shipping point, it's that simple. You must return the entire rod, including broken parts. Include a note with your name, address, and telephone number. THIS SHIPPING LABEL IS STRICTLY TO RETURN YOUR BROKEN ST. CROIX ROD TO THE FACTORY. IT DOES NOT COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE TO GET YOUR ROD BACK TO YOU FROM ST. CROIX.
