Field Notes

This is a small shad-style soft bait with a disk tail that starts moving with very little rod movement. It’s best for light jigheads or finesse presentations around crappie, but it can also work for bass when fish are keyed on small baitfish. Use it with subtle twitches, pauses, or slow retrieves in clear to lightly stained water.
