Designed to fit the 12" Line Through Trout soft bait to secure the hook when fished as a bottom hook line through bait. This will also reduce the sink rate of the bait and may require additional weighting (nail weights or ballast added to the ballast cavity) to achieve desired sink rate and stabilize the bait. 2 inserts per pack
