Description

Length: 11" Weight: 9oz Sink Rate: Super Slow Sink, Slow Sink The 11" Hiro trout was designed to fill the gap between my 10.5" (7oz) and 13" (11oz)Hiro. At 9oz this bait casts well for a lure of its size and is also very agile. For those who are a little intimidated by the 13" Hiro I would highly recommend this bait. It has the draw of a real big bait and can be thrown all day. The overall action of this bait was made to naturally simulate both cruising and frantic trout that dart around when being chased. The super slow sink works well when needing a bait to present around shallow submerged weeds/wood where short or long pauses can often trigger bites. It is also a good deadstick tool for highly pressured fish that suspend out in open water. The slow sink is great for when you want to either cover more water or count the bait down to work in deeper depths as the water warms. The bait has been custom tuned and weighted with two Owner St-36 hooks to allow maximum hook up ratio for fish that are non committal. Presentation is matched with the mood of the fish, slow roll with reel pops around key structure/cover can often trigger the biggest bites. - over forty hours of hand carving and shaping, is spent on each master before molding -multiple prototypes are fished before production molds are made - hand poured with specially formulated resin and maximum crush strength floatation -individually weighted and hand tuned -each lure is test swam in a 24'x8' test tank both after final primer coat and after final finish. -premium high adhesion automotive primer - all finish paint is custom tinted fade resistant premium automotive paint - high solid high build 2k automotive clear coat -premium hooks and split rings from Japan -lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects (warranty is void if bait is modified or repainted)
